Thank you for considering Phees Films for your videography/photography needs. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Services Provided: Phees Films offers professional videography and photography services for various events and projects as agreed upon during the booking process.

2. Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time for all projects, excluding weddings, is expected to be between 7 to 14 days from the date of the shoot. However, please note that this timeframe may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. For weddings, the turnaround time is anticipated to be 2 months due to the comprehensive nature of these projects.

3. Rush Orders: If you require quicker delivery of your project and wish to have it completed before the standard turnaround time, you may request a rush order. Any rush order must be communicated and confirmed during the booking process. A rush fee of £75 to £100 will be applied, depending on how much sooner the project is requested.

4. Booking and Payment: To secure our services for your desired date and time, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required.  The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the shoot day. Failure to pay the outstanding balance may result in the cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the project by the client, the booking fee will not be refunded. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will make every effort to find an alternative date that suits both parties. Cancellations made between 72 to 48 hours before the shoot will incur a charge of 50% of the booking, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 70%.

6. Creative Control: Phees Films retains full creative control over the videography/photography process, including but not limited to editing styles, image selection, and artistic direction. We aim to deliver high-quality work that aligns with our artistic vision and standards.

7. Usage and Copyright: Phees Films retains the copyright to all photographs and videos produced during the project. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial usage of the content requires explicit written permission from Phees Films and may involve an additional fee.

8. Model Release: For projects involving people as subjects, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases or permissions from individuals who appear in the media.

9. Liability: While Phees Films takes every precaution to deliver the best possible service, we shall not be held responsible for any unexpected circumstances that may hinder the successful completion of the project, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, natural disasters, or personal emergencies.

10. Client Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with Phees Films and provide any necessary information or assistance required for the successful execution of the project.

11. Social Media and Promotion: By using our services, clients agree that Phees Films has permission to share project-related content on various social platforms. This may include promotional material, behind-the-scenes footage, and marketing content. Clients must indicate early in the booking process if they prefer their content not to be posted online.

12. Termination of Services and Deposit Policy: Phees Films reserves the right to terminate its services at any point within the process without refunding the deposit if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the working relationship is not conducive, if there are instances of intimidation or harassment directed towards its team members, if a Payment agreement cannot be reached, or for any other valid reason deemed appropriate by Phees Films.

13. Late Invoice Charges: Unless stated otherwise in a separate Written agreement with Phees Films, late invoices will incur a fee of £25 per day for the inconvenience caused by the delay in payment. Phees Films reserves the right to pursue legal action or suspend services for persistent late payments.

14. Service Time and Completion: The service time stated is only an approximate estimation. Phees Films reserves the right to conclude its services when it determines that it has gathered adequate material to fulfill the client's brief or has completed as much work as reasonably possible within the agreed-upon timeframe. Phees Films also reserves the right to leave early from a project. In such cases, the client must still provide full payment for the work completed by Phees Films, provided that substantial progress has been made towards fulfilling the agreed-upon objectives.

15. Amendments: Phees Films reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
